The Knowledge Management (KM) Team of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) and Qatar University (QU) held the first annual meeting of the “Academic Network for Development Dialogue (ANDD)” on 31 March 2021. After the first two workshops that established the network and discussed its terms of reference (on 14 July and 9 December 2020), this annual meeting aimed to discuss and approve a fiveyear plan of the network including necessary task forces, a proposal to develop a standing ANDD book series program, in addition to proposing other ideas for cooperation among members.
